At Clay Bottle Online, we are committed to delivering our handcrafted terracotta bottles to your doorstep as safely and quickly as possible. Because our products are fragile and artisanal, we take extra care in our packaging and logistics.

Shipping Timelines

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours. Once dispatched, the following delivery times apply:

• Within Karachi: 2–3 working days.

• Rest of Pakistan (Outside City): 4–5 working days.

Note on Holiday Delays: During peak periods and public holidays (including Eid), please allow for additional transit time as courier services may experience delays.

Shipping Charges

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs 200 on all orders across Pakistan, regardless of the weight or destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a notification via [WhatsApp/SMS/Email] with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's journey to you.

Secure Packaging

Since clay is a natural and fragile material, every bottle is wrapped in multiple protective layers. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy immediately so we can send a replacement.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the item has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
