At Clay Bottle Online, we celebrate the art of traditional pottery.

  • Handcrafted Nature: Each bottle is individually made by skilled artisans. You acknowledge that minor variations in size, shape, and color are inherent to the 100% kiln-fired process and are not considered defects.

  • Natural Cooling: The cooling effect depends on external humidity and temperature; we do not guarantee specific temperature levels.

3. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and images. However, due to monitor settings and the natural materials used, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% error-free or that the color will exactly match your screen.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We are not liable for any price changes or service interruptions.

5. Proper Use and Care

  • Fragility: While we provide a shoulder strap for convenience, clay is a fragile material. Clay Bottle Online is not responsible for breakage occurring after the delivery of a perfect-condition item.

  • Maintenance: Customers are responsible for following cleaning instructions (e.g., no chemical detergents) to maintain the purity of the clay.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delays may occur due to logistics or artisanal production schedules. Once the item is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to you, though we will assist in resolving issues with damaged shipments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and the design of Pakistan's first clay bottle strap, is the property of Clay Bottle Online and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Clay Bottle Online, our artisans, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or incidental damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
